His vast experience in commercial Real Estate includes involvement with the Texas 380 Agreements that offer Tax Incentives for Commercial & Retail Projects as well as Housing Tax Credits. Adrian has extensive knowledge and over 30 years of experience in the brokerage in Land & Industrial transactions in Texas & Mexico.

Adrian has served on the City of McAllen Economic Development Corporation, & is a past Chairman of the McAllen Chamber of Commerce and past Chair of the McAllen Planning and Zoning Commission. He has served as the past President of the McAllen South Rotary Club and is a former vice Chair of the City of McAllen International Bridge Authority. He is Past Director of two Banks in South Texas.
Adrian has served on the faculty of the prestigious CCIM Institute when he was an instructor of the CI 101 Course. He is presently an instructor of the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) for the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
Adrian was appointed by the Governor of Texas in 2007 to the Texas Real Estate Commission. He is presently serving as the Vice Chair of TREC. He received both a Bachelor’s degree & Master’s Degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University.

Adrian Abel received a Master’s Degree in Land Economics and RealEstate in 2005 from Texas A&M University. He is active in all areas of theReal estate community—He currently serves as President-Elect of Greater McAllen Association of Realtors; is member of SIOR, currently serving on SIOR Foundation Board of Trustees and its Fundraising Committee; Member of CCIM Institute, and was selected to participate in Leadership Conference for young CCIM’s; member of ICSC; member of TAR, serving on Commercial Committee; and member of NAR, serving on Research Committee.
Adrian Abel has served on the Appraisal Advisory Committee for Hidalgo County Judge; has served as an Election Precinct #62 Judge; is member of McAllen Chamber of Commerce; Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church; has been member of McAllen North Rotary Club; Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks; and has been Youth Baseball Coach for McAllen Boys and Girls Club.
